How do I make changes to an existing order? 

Please contact us as soon as possible at Info@marvly.com you need to make a change to your order prior to shipping. We wil make every effort to accommodate your request but if the order as already been shipped we will not be able to do so.

How do I change the shipping address on an existing order? 

Please contact us as soon as possible at Info@marvly.com if you need to change the shipping address for an existing order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request prior to shipping but if the order are already been shipped we will not be able to do so.

How do I cancel an existing order?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at Info@marvly.com if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund.

Can I return my order and get a refund?

No, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on products that have already been shipped, we do although accept to cancel and issue refund on any orders that haven’t been shipped yet. Please read our terms and conditions prior to making a purchase on the website.

Can I ship Kokedama boxes to different addresses?

Yes, but you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

No, we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

How do I place a large order? (25+ boxes)

To order 25 boxes or more for a special occasion please contact us at Info@marvly.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to have orders shipped within one business day, it may take anywhere between 3 to 5 business days before you receive your order. Orders received after 1 Oam EST will be shipped the following business day.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, please note that we process orders in real-time and that you will be charged before your order is shipped.

Can I visit the Marvly store or warehouse?

No, we do not currently have any retail locations. Also, there is no public access to the warehouse.

Do you sell wholesale?

No, we do not offer wholesale services.
