You don’t have to be an expert to intuitively understand that contact with plants and nature is calming and restorative for the mind, body, and, soul.

For the past 25 years, researchers and scientists have studied their overall benefits, why, and how plants are good for us, our homes, our schools, and our businesses.

Did you know; most plants make oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide throughout the day during the photosynthesis stage. At night the plant will switch and absorb oxygen and release carbon dioxide. That’s the reason why it is recommended to keep plants outside of your bedroom.

Although some plants are safe for the bedroom and can help you sleep better by releasing oxygen at night. Plants such as orchids, succulents, or aloe vera are among some of the ones that photosynthesize at night.
